These terms govern your use of our services, website, and related offerings.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing https://cityautoglass.company or requesting services from City Auto Glass LLC, you acknowledge your full agreement to these Terms of Service. Please read this agreement carefully to understand your rights, limitations of liability, and our shared responsibilities before requesting a repair or replacement.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
City Auto Glass LLC provides professional windshield replacement, chip repair, and related auto glass services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle's condition makes the repair unsafe or unfeasible. All services are subject to vehicle assessment and parts availability.
3. QUOTES & PRICING
All initial quotes provided online, by phone, chat, or SMS are ESTIMATES ONLY and do not constitute binding contracts. Final pricing will be confirmed after a physical, in-person inspection of the vehicle. Prices may vary depending on vehicle year/make/model, glass availability, ADAS recalibration requirements, or trim complexity. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
4. INSURANCE CLAIMS
Assistance with filing insurance claims is provided as a courtesy to our customers. We do not guarantee claim approval, coverage, or payment by your insurance provider. The customer is ultimately responsible for any outstanding balance not covered by their insurer. We do not engage in fee-splitting or any arrangements prohibited by Colorado insurance law.
5. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. No-shows may incur a cancellation fee. While we strive to honor all scheduled timeframes, City Auto Glass LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, weather conditions, traffic, or parts delays. Arrival times remain estimates.
6. WARRANTY
We provide a limited lifetime workmanship warranty covering installation defects and leaks for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.
This warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Post-service cracks, chips, or damage from road debris.
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, vandalism, or natural disasters.
- Glass manufacturer defects (these are covered separately by the manufacturer).
- Vehicles that have been modified after our service.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of service. For warranty claims, please contact quotes@cityautoglass.company.
7. ADAS CALIBRATION DISCLAIMER
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration is performed to manufacturer specifications using approved equipment. The customer MUST verify that all ADAS features (such as lane assist, auto-braking, collision warning) are functioning correctly before operating the vehicle on public roads.
City Auto Glass LLC is NOT liable for system failures caused by sensor drift, software updates, subsequent vehicle modifications, or pre-existing sensor damage discovered after our service.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. City Auto Glass LLC shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of vehicle use or rental car costs.
- Interior damage not reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Pre-existing rust, pinch weld issues, or fragile/brittle trim pieces that break during normal removal.
9. VEHICLE CONDITION & AUTHORIZATION
By scheduling service, the customer warrants that: (a) they are the legal owner or have proper authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle, and (b) all known pre-existing damage, rust, or modified trim has been disclosed prior to service. City Auto Glass LLC is not responsible for any undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full at the completion of service unless insurance billing has been pre-arranged and confirmed by our office. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections, and the customer will be responsible for collection costs.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, copy, images, and branding on https://cityautoglass.company are exclusively owned by City Auto Glass LLC. No reproduction or use is permitted without prior written consent.
12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website.
- Submit false or fraudulent service requests or insurance claims.
- Post defamatory, false, or misleading reviews.
- Interfere with website security or performance.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, good-faith contact at quotes@cityautoglass.company is required first. If the matter remains unresolved within 30 days, it shall proceed to binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. CLASS ACTION SUITS AND JURY TRIALS ARE WAIVED to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless City Auto Glass LLC, NIAMAT ULLAH HUSSAINY, our employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of this website, false information provided, or violation of these Terms.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of https://cityautoglass.company after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
